loudness). Computes short-term (3 s) loudness on a sliding 1 s grid, applies
an absolute gate (-70 LKFS) and a relative gate (mean of the absolute-gated
short-term values − 20 LU), then returns the 95th minus the 10th percentile
of the gated short-term loudness distribution.
Returns 0 when fewer than two short-term windows survive the gate.
