Ungated loudness L_K (LKFS) of a multichannel signal — ITU-R BS.1770-5
Annex 1, eqs.1-2 (p.5-6). Each channel is K-weighted, its mean-square z_i is
taken, multiplied by its weight G_i (Table 3), summed, and converted with
the -0.691 offset. LFE is excluded (its weight is 0).
This is the basis of momentary/short-term loudness: call it on a 400 ms or
3 s window respectively.
