Class ImpulseResponseEffect

Native ConvolverNode impulse-response effect. Wet-only construction returns a single ConvolverNode and is intended for send buses. Supplying dry or a non-unity wet builds an owned dry/wet graph with exposed dry and wet gain AudioParams.
